Yangzhou Hengli Disc Springs Factory, located in Yangzhou - the beautiful historical city, is one of the specialized spring manufacturers in China. Our main products include disc springs, special-shape springs, slotted disc springs, cylindrical coiled springs, spiral power springs, serpentine springs and pagoda springs for steel plate. They are widely used for such industries as machinery, metallurgy, electric power, petroleum chemical engineering and mine etc. Our users spread the whole nation. In 1990s, we introduced from Germany the disc spring manufacturing technique which can be used together with the isothermal Bainite heat treatment. For spring surface treatment, not only such conventional methods as oxidized bluing, electrophoresis and phosphatization have been used, but Japanese Dacaromet surface treatment technique is introduced. Especially we can design and manufacture non-standard disc springs for users, are in possession of full sets of CAD software development technique. Meanwhile we have sound cooperation with Yangzhou University.
