Disc springs are of conical shape in section and can bear the axial load (static load or alternate load). They are characterized by their workability with the maximum force in minimum space. Outside diameters of conventional disc springs range from 8.0mm to 600.0mm, and their thicknesses range from 0.2mm to 40.0mm. Our Factory implements DIN 2093 and GB/T 1972 standard and enterprise standard. We can design and manufacture non-standard disc springs for users. For spring surface treatment, such conventional methods as oxidized bluing, phosphatization, electroplating, electrophoresis and mechanical galvanization etc. have been applied.
